February is known as being the month of love. Hi, it's February already and I believe it's time to set our New Year's resolutions. Maybe you think I should've talked about this a month ago, but if you have listened to me for a while you know that times for me are always off. I honestly believe that February is the perfect month to set the intentions for the upcoming year. The reason for that is that we allow a full month to settle into our routines and by this time all the resolutions from other people have already faded or have been incorporated into their routines. Now there is no pressure from society to lose weight or to stop drinking, then, now you can truly introspect on yourself and think about your values and how your goals can match with your values.
