Some people can go to their parents for help, but often, we are the ones people look to during a crisis. If you're a first-gen, eldest, and/or Latina daughter, you are the point person for your family. You make sure everything works out in the end. So what would happen if you can't be that person anymore? This week, we're talking to someone who had to not only survive breast cancer, but figure out how to do life during and after treatment. Eileen Lopez Tome is a resilient, compassionate, and bold first-generation Cuban-American woman, mom of five, breast cancer survivor, public servant, and certified professional coach. After being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2016, she turned pain into purpose - becoming a certified coach in 2018 and dedicating her practice to guiding women through life's most defining transitions. Rooted in faith and fueled by love for her community, Eileen helps women - especially Hispanic and Latina women - release perfectionism, surrender control, and trust their own intuition. She believes healing is communal, cultural heritage is power, and legacy should be designed - not dictated by circumstance. Through coaching and advocacy, she helps women restore balance to their ecosystems - mind, body, spirit, family, and work - so they can live joyfully, creatively, and unapologetically. In this week's episode, we're talking about how Eileen went from survival to service. In just a few short years, Eileen built a brand that helps others as a breast cancer survivor and is not only helping people survive during this period in their lives but also thrive. Tune in to hear her breast cancer survivor story and how she's helping her clients navigate their most difficult moments with care. We should be able to plan our careers the same way we plan anything else in our lives. But college doesn't teach us how to network or get that promotion, especially in corporate America. Putting our heads down and working as hard as we can is getting us nowhere. We need new skills. So, we need to listen to someone who has been through it and can help us get to where we want to be. Elsa Jimenez is a powerhouse first-gen Latina in tech on a mission to bridge the gap between high-performance code and holistic well-being. By day, she navigates the complexities of the tech industry, championing representation and breaking barriers for underrepresented voices in the digital space. Beyond the screen, Elsa Jimenez is a dedicated advocate for mental health and fitness, believing that a strong mind is the ultimate operating system. She views movement and mindfulness not just as hobbies, but as essential tools for resilience in the fast-paced corporate world. Whether she's optimizing a workflow or hitting a new PR in the gym, she brings a signature blend of cultural pride, grit, and authenticity to everything she touches. In this week's episode, we're talking about how Elsa broke into tech, survived a layoff, and built her personal brand. Our careers are not as safe as they used to be, especially with tech layoffs looming over our shoulders every quarter. But that doesn't mean we don't have control over our own lives. Elsa used her time in the Courage Driven Latina program to plan for the best and worst case scenarios in her career, specifically so she doesn't feel panicked when something doesn't go according to plan. Tune in to this week's episode to hear how she used the CDL program to advance her career and what she's currently working on to get ahead in this year's CDL group. I manifested my first 10k followers by being strategic. I had an idea, I had a strategy, and I made it happen, and you can do it, too. You don't need fancy equipment or a brand new camera; you can use what you have right now. So why not give yourself the chance to try and see what could happen? My clients join the Courage Driven Latina program because they know that wanted to give themselves a chance to be great. They see other people posting content about their ideas or their businesses, and they know they can do that too - if only they had a little guidance. That's exactly what the Courage Driven Latina is built on: years of my real-world experience posting online, building a personal brand, and teaching you how to do what I did with your ideas. In this week's episode, we're talking about how I manifested my first 10k by building a personal brand. Starting over is not the end of the world. It may feel like it, at first, don't get me wrong. But if I had lost everything, all of my clients, and I had to start my online business over again, I know that I could do it. I can make money online and regain my following because I help people start over for a living. I have two clients who have decided to start over recently. One got laid off, and the other wanted to open a new business. It's scary, the first step is always scary, but it can't hold you back. And by having a plan, you can turn that fear into the drive you need to start making money online in 2026. In this week's episode, we're talking about how I'd make money online if I had to start over. We're talking about starting over completely from scratch - no followers, no business, no trust, no reputation. Starting over is a blessing, and this week, I'm going to teach you how to start over on the right foot. Tune in to hear all about how to make money online, how to create financial flexibility, and how I'd build a brand from scratch in 2026. You won't post online because you were told to stay quiet all your life. You were conditioned to keep your head down, be humble, and mind your manners. And now that conditioning has leaked into every aspect of your life, including posting online. And, this isn't about confronting your parents or lamenting about the horrors machismo has left on our culture. We can do that later. Today, we're working on ourselves, letting that kind of toxic self-talk go, and learning how we can break free of this calladita conditioning. In this week's episode, we're talking about posting progress over perfectionism. To be successful on social media, you need trust. Trust from your audience to keep watching, and trust from yourself to keep posting. There is a psychology to building trust online, and after years of building a successful personal brand on social media, I've cracked the code. Listen to find out more about calladita conditioning, how it affects you posting online, and why you still feel like you need to be "qualified" enough to be visible on social media. After losing followers on social media for the last two years, I decided enough was enough. I didn't know why I was losing followers, and I didn't know how to get new ones, but I knew that something had to change. So I got to work. If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I blew up there recently. One post got 1.7 million views!! And it's still growing! And it's all because I let my content evolve into something shareable. And if I can do it, you can do it too. In this week's episode, we're talking about how to grow on Instagram in 2026. Yes, it is still possible. Yes, you can do it today. Instagram isn't known for making its users super viral like other platforms are. But if you want to share valuable insights and enrich your community, your follower count will grow just like mine did. Listen to this week's episode to hear what I did differently and how you can do the same for your content. Resources Mentioned: Click here to claim your Manifest Your Marca bot! Ten years ago, Benito was just a kid in PR bagging groceries for his neighbors. Now he and his music are a worldwide phenomenon that is giving us so much light during dark times. He didn't have rich parents or wealthy connections to get him where he is now. He was discovered by chance because he made himself visible. Bad Bunny's journey is truly a testament to how you can manifest anything you want in this life. No dream is too big, and no stage is out of reach. By learning from Benito, we can also learn how to quantum leap and make our wildest dreams a reality. In this week's episode, we're exploring how Bad Bunny manifested becoming a global icon despite coming from humble beginnings. There are three lessons you can learn from his journey, so grab a pencil and a notebook because you're gonna want to write this down. So many of my Courage Driven Latinas clients are loving the Visibility Challenge we're working through right now, but that doesn't mean that it's been easy for them. In fact, a few fears have come up, and were preventing them from posting their content. It turns out they were afraid of being seen as conceited. This makes sense, especially for our community. We were always being told to worry about what other people will say and what other people will think of us. Being too visible has always been framed as a negative in our lives, but what if I told you that posting your content was one positive you could do for our community? This week's episode is about what to do when you want to create content, but don't want to come off as conceited. My clients are afraid that posting on social media automatically means that they're being too cringe or conceited. But that will never be the case if your content is in service to your audience. And this week, I'm going to show you how to embody the mindset that will help you enjoy creating content and sharing it with the world! 2026 is a new year, and it's time to make some courageous changes in your life. So if you've been wanting to post on social media and build your personal brand, but you're too afraid to post anything, you're leaving opportunities on the table. Right now in the Courage Driven Latina program, we are working on being visible, and for a lot of people, that means posting on social media and building up their personal brand. They're doing amazingly well right now, posting almost every single day to get used to it and seeing amazing results. But they weren't posting before this challenge we're working on because they were scared. Now that they're posting, they're starting to see their manifestations come true. In this week's episode, we talk about how personal branding creates opportunities and builds social capital, even when you're not in the room. Posting on social media helped me create my personal brand. Personal branding helped me build my business up to have six-figure years. If I were still afraid of what other people thought of me posting on social media, I don't know if I'd have the same business. If you're ready to change your mindset and start building your personal brand, this episode is for you! Resources Mentioned: Click here to claim your Manifest Your Marca bot! Many of my CDL clients are currently working on their fear of being seen. And as we talk through their feelings, I'm noticing that everyone is saying the same thing. This fear didn't come from them; someone told them to be afraid of being seen. Now, it's not always in those words. But if you were being told that calladita te ves mas bonita as a kid, you're going to remember that during a brainstorming meeting at work and keep your ideas to yourself. And the blame for that is not necessarily on our parents - the blame is on the culture that perpetuates misogyny in our everyday lives. It's time to let go of what doesn't work for us and start taking our voices back. In this week's episode, we're talking about the fear of being seen and how it isn't insecurity - it's cultural conditioning. I don't think that you're actually insecure; I think you're holding on to cultural values that are detrimental to the badass chingona you're trying to become. Let's talk about why these values don't work for us, and how to let them go so that you can live your most amazing life! Resources Mentioned: Click here to claim your Manifest Your Marca bot! Your manifestations are not something you can Two Day ship to your house. They're not a new top you need before your cousin's birthday party. So why does it feel so discouraging when your manifestations don't happen right away? It makes us feel like failures, even though we haven't even had the time to fail yet. We have forgotten that great things take time. You need time to build momentum, get better at things, and get your reps in. Waiting feels like things are moving too slowly, like you're failing, but have you really even given your manifestations time to grow and come true? In this week's episode, we're talking about how to keep going, even when it seems like something might not be working. I'll be sharing the story of a meeting I had with a client, and how I helped her work through the anxiety of waiting for her manifestations to come true. She felt like a failure because she hadn't made the sales that she wanted to, but in reality, there was so much more that she could do to support her manifestations. Listen to this episode to hear how I helped her change her mindset and take courageous actions towards her goals. Resources Mentioned: Click here to claim your Manifest Your Marca bot! Not all vision boards are created equally. Some of them work, and they help you manifest everything you've ever wanted, and some don't do anything. So why is it that some vision boards do work and others don't? The truth is that a vision board is just like manifesting. There's a formula that I use to get everything I want. That formula removes limiting beliefs and sets me up to take courageous action. The manifestation formula that I use can also be used to create vision boards, and this week, I'm going to share it with you! In this week's episode, we're talking about the secret to a vision board that actually works. I'm sharing my step-by-step process on how to set your intention, release limiting beliefs, and manifest everything you want in your life. I even took a look at my old vision board and what I've already manifested from it. Listen to this week's episode to create a vision board that actually works for you! The end of the year can make my clients feel like they didn't do enough, like they failed, or like they're never going to make their dreams come true. I get it, it's a totally normal reaction to the end of the year. But stewing in these feelings is not going to help us manifest our most amazing lives. There's no ignoring these feelings; we have to work through them in order to feel better. And that means facing them head-on and confronting your triggered self in order to help her. And we can do it, together. In this week's episode, we're talking about end-of-year anxiety and what to do when you're feeling triggered, tired, and behind. Again, these are totally normal feelings. They're there to let us know that we still want more for ourselves. So let's work through this anxiety so we can start manifesting our best year yet! I've been talking about personal branding on my Instagram, and something that I noticed is that your personal brand and your self-concept go hand in hand. And as Latinas, our self-concept can be all over the place. We were told to do all the things, get all the degrees, and be as successful as possible, but we were also told to be quiet and be humble. That doesn't make sense, does it? Our self-concept dictates our entire lives - and nobody talks about it! Our self-concept decides if we are worthy of taking action, accepting incredible opportunities, and putting ourselves out there. I have a ton of clients who rejected their manifestations because they're self-concept was so low. But as a business owner, a content creator, or even just as a person, we cannot keep walking around with a low self-concept. We can change it for the better. In this week's episode, I want to talk to you about the difference between your personal brand and your self-concept, and how your self-concept is the direct reflection and the direct mirror of your life. You can have an amazing personal brand, attract incredible opportunities, and still feel like you're not worthy of what you've manifested. Some of my clients have even gone so far as to reject the very things they were manifesting because of their low self-concept. It's ok, we've all been there. But now, it's time to take our lives into our own hands and raise our self-concept to match our manifestations. One of my Courage Driven Latina clients, Sarah Tulloch, is a podcast production manager, and fun fact: she's been managing this podcast for over three years! She created the podcast launch course that's in the Courage Driven Latina Portal, and she's even helped her fellow courage driven Latinas launch their podcasts and post consistently. Today, she's an expert on all things podcasting with a successful business, but her life was very different just a few years ago. She lost her courage and didn't know how to get it back, so she joined the Courage Driven Latina program. Sarah Tulloch is the founder and the lead Podcast Production Manager at CCST (Content Creation with Sarah Tulloch). CCST is a boutique podcast and content production studio dedicated to supporting creative entrepreneurs with done-for-you services and proven growth strategies. Sarah helps her clients grow their reach, promote their services, and attract their ideal clients through eye-catching and consistent content. In just 4 years, Sarah Tulloch has produced audio and video podcast episodes, copy, and social media materials for +15 podcasts nationwide. At CCST, they provide the essentials of podcast production so that their clients can focus on staying creative and growing their businesses. Sarah is passionate about women's stories and education. When she's not producing podcasts or creating content, she's writing romantasy novels cafes all over NYC. In this week's episode, we're talking about how Sarah built financial freedom through entrepreneurship. Before she started her own company, she was laid off during one of the worst tech layoffs to date. After applying to 234 jobs and hearing almost nothing back, she decided to throw herself into her business idea and never look back. Since then, she's helped people launch and maintain their podcasts, earn an extra $10k to go to her friend's destination wedding in the Dominican Republic, and find the clarity she was looking for by taking aligned action. Getting a live TV segment on Telemundo was a huge life lesson for me. I am a confidence coach, and I teach my clients to have courage, but I was also so freaking scared when this opportunity came to me. For one thing, it was completely in Spanish, and Spanish is my second language; it was live, so I couldn't ask it to be edited in any way, and I only had a few hours to prepare to be on national TV. The universe was giving me what I wanted, but I was so scared of messing it up, I thought about saying no. In the end, I did the interview. And if you saw my post about it on social media, you know I am so glad that I actually went through with it. But the hours that led up to the interview taught me a few things: that I have an incredible community around me and that I can take my own advice. In this week's episode, we're talking about the behind-the-scenes of my Telemundo interview and lessons in courage, confidence, and doing it messy. As soon as I got off the call with my point of contact at Telemundo, my perfectionism started filling my head with so much doubt that I almost threw up. But by following my own coaching methods, I was able to calm my nervous system down, reach out to my community, and have the best interview I could. Tune in to hear the ups and downs of these crazy 24 hours and what valuable lessons I learned that day. So many of my clients feel trapped because of their financial situation. And it sucks because when you're living from paycheck to paycheck, it's hard to manifest a new life because you're living in survival mode. There is, however, a way to break free from this feeling and finally manifest abundance. And we're going to show you how to do it. Evie is a Latina Salary Negotiation Coach, Speaker, and Podcaster who specializes in helping women negotiate five-figure salary increases. Through her coaching and the Self Worth Accelerator Mastermind, she has empowered women to step into their highest selves, overcome fear, and unlock their full potential in salary negotiations. As of today, Evie has helped her clients secure over $750k in base salary increases. She's been featured on Yo Quiero Dinero, Ch*ngona Revolution, Save 6 Figures with Gina Knox, Say Hola Wealth, Life as a Gringo, Chisme that Matters, and Vida Wish I Knew Then podcasts. In this week's episode, Evie and I talk about how she learned how to feel rich in courage. Before she joined Courage Driven Latina, she had already taken the steps to living a more courageous life by advocating for herself and negotiating her salary. The company that was paying her white male colleague twice as much as her only offered her an additional $1,000 annually. Instead of internalizing or spiraling, Evie applied to other companies in her industry and almost doubled her salary through her negotiating skills. Money was tight, but she believed in herself and took smart, courageous actions anyway. Tune in to hear how Evie is helping Latinas close the wealth gap and how you can learn how to negotiate your salary today!
