Long time no see, Risefam! Are you’re a sleepy head? Constantly feeling tired and in need of rest? Can you doze off anywhere at anytime of the day? Is it really a problem with not getting enough sleep? Or could it be that you’re just not resting right? Recently, I read a book by Dr Saundra Smith on the topic of rest. Who knew that there were different ways to recharge asides from sleeping? They say that almost 92% of adults suffer from burnout and don’t quite know what to do about it. Does social rest sound familiar to you? One doesn’t have to be in passive state to recharge, sometimes having a simple barkada gala or a family night out would be more than enough.
