That is what this episode's guest, Rach Wilson, coined a particularly challenging year in her life. Having four children, her two youngest are both autistic and both of them are non verbal. With the autism came some health challenges for her son and to ease his pain, either Rach or her husband would drive him around and most days, they watched the sun rise. In addition to being sleep deprived from driving around all night, her youngest daughter became rageful and would attempt to self harm.
