After working in construction since leaving school, Paul Marsh began to DJ after a stint working in a bar. Paul worked as a DJ and Promoter before being asked to be a guest on The RnG Show on Express FM.  Paul co-hosted the show before eventually becoming the solo host of the show for 4 year in turn the urban show eventually became one of the most well known urban radio shows outside of London regularly featuring big name guests. After a short break Paul returned to Express FM for a couple of years hosting various shows including the The Friday Night show before leaving Express in 2013 after children and marriage came along.In 2022 a change of family circumstances allowed Paul to return to Express FM, this time hosting the mid morning show weekdays from 10am-1pm.
