Hello Family,I hope your week is well. As I have shared on social media, I have been in my shedding season. One of my teaches once said that before a tree can grow it must shed its bark. This is what I call shedding season. The time were we release emotions and programing that no longer serves is. It is apart of a self-discovery process as we get to know ourselves better while examining our life. Part of self-care is taking the time to look at life from an new vantage point and see parts of the journey inside of its twists and turns. Part of my journey is sharing my story, the parts I often keep to myself. The reason for me, is to release the shame, and turn my pain into power. I can,t encourage others to embrace self-care on a whole new level if I am not willing to the same out loud. As I the bark of my life falls in autumn, my heart is preparing for harvest season in spring. I am honored to share this with you.
