Frida Kahlo's  life was challenging. She was born with polio which left one leg smaller than the other. As a young adult, Frida miraculously survived a horrific bus accident that almost killed her. She recovered but spent the rest of her life crippled, with chronic pain, and unable to have children. If that wasn’t enough, she also suffered from bouts of depression. However, she overcame her challenges and lived her life to the full, and created incredible art.
