And feel them connected to the ground.  PAUSE… Gently place one hand on your heart,  And the other on your stomach. Take a couple of deep breaths. LONG PAUSE… There is nothing you need to do, Nowhere you have to be.  So relax your mind, Let it all go,  And just be. PAUSE… Open your heart as you surrender to the flow of time.  Feeling the lightness of life moving with ease. PAUSE… The pressures of life feels so real, When they swell to the surface.
