Exhale and release, All that’s inside, Hear the soft, gentle prayer.  PAUSE Release all that’s here, The chaos inside, The many decisions to make. Surrender them to, Divine’s loving arms,  And give yourself a break. LONG PAUSE Breathe in, breathe out, Let air fill you up, And clear all the tension you feel. Breathe in, breathe out, Let go of the need, To control and let yourself heal.  LONG LONG PAUSE Now feel all that space, The openness within, Stress and anxiety have left.
