Every inch of you,
Is perfect.
Every part of you,
Is beautiful.
Every piece of you,
A gift.
Every cell,
A miracle.
Close your eyes and bring your attention inside.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest,
As you fall into a natural rhythm of breathing.

And out.
PAUSE…
Feel your legs get heavier as you relax deeper into your bed.
Notice the weight of your eyelids,
And feel them get heavier.
Feel your cheeks relax,
Drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth,
And lower your jaw.
PAUSE…
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your body with fresh air.
And on your exhale,
Sink yourself deeper into relaxation,
Deeper into comfort.

Now bring your attention to your feet.
Feel the warm tingling sensation that occurs as your energy goes there.
Feel your toes,
Your heels,
Your ankles.
And send love to them,
Thanking them for moving you around and holding you up.

Now bring your attention to your legs,
Feeling the tingling energy flowing up your body.
Notice the warmth in your calves,
Your knees,
Your quads,
And your thighs.
Send love to your legs,
Thanking them for the movement they give you,
The freedom they provide,
The strength they have.

Now feel the warm, tingling energy travel up to your hips,
Your glutes,
And through all of your sacred sexual organs.
Send them your love,
For the life they give,
And the cycles they honor.
PAUSE…
Now bring your attention to your stomach,
And your chest.
Feel the gentle tingle of energy spread here,
As you whisper love and gratitude with every exhale.
PAUSE…
Feel the soft energy expand down each of your arms.
Feel your shoulders,
Your elbows,
And your fingers tingle with warm energy.
Send them all your appreciation,
For all the ability to give and receive,
And the countless embraces.
PAUSE…
Now feel the warmth flow into your neck,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your forehead,
And the crown of your head.
Flood yourself with love and gratitude as you see all the kisses, the beautiful words, the sounds, and ideas.

Take a deep breath in,
And see the warm energy surrounding your entire body.
Exhale fully,
And fall deeper into rest,
Covered in love.

Intentional living means that you are aware of your beliefs, values and desires,
And actively live your life in alignment with them.
It’s the art of living a life that is the manifestation of who you are.
And it begins with knowing yourself,
And connecting to the roots of your beliefs,
Your values,
And your desires.
And then taking action and creating from there.
So go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to soften and relax.
PAUSE…
Find the waves of your breath,
And see if you can follow them in,
And out of your body.
In,
And out.
Inhale,
And exhale.

Intentional living begins with you.
Your desires.
Your beliefs.
Your values.
PAUSE…
So take a moment to follow your breath in,
All the way in and down,
Into the center of you.

And observe what’s here for a moment.

What is important to you?
How do you want to live?
Who do you want to be?
What do you desire?

Sometimes we just do not feel grateful.
Life can feel heavy, complicated and messy.
And even when we try to bring our attention back to gratitude,
It can feel like we’re forcing thank you’s through gritted teeth.
So this morning’s meditation will give you a chance to release what is blocking the gratitude from flowing, so you can truly receive the blessings all around you.
So settle into a comfortable position,
Taking a deep breath in, feeling your belly fill with fresh air,
And then exhaling, feeling the release relax you even further,
Melting your body,
Easing your mind,
And letting the nice, easy rhythm of your breathing bring you to the space of stillness inside.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
Feel your mind and body relax their hold on what’s blocking you.
The stresses,
Worries,
Sadness,
Desires to organize and perfect,
The fears and negative thoughts.
With every breath out,
Feel them release from you,
Taking their heaviness away.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Seeing the grey clouds leaving your mind, body and soul with every breath out.
LONG PAUSE…
Now come back to your breath,
And take a deep breath in,
Feeling the oxygen cleanse you,
And exhale the last bits of heaviness out.
PAUSE…
Feel the lightness.
The spaciousness.
The simplicity of the present moment.
And allow yourself to silently say thank you from this place.
Perhaps with clarity on what you’re thankful for,
Or perhaps with a simple awareness that thankfulness exists within you.
And feel the light of gratitude illuminate you.

When we regularly practice gratitude, we attract more of what we are grateful for and invite abundance into our lives in ways we cannot possibly imagine. And as that abundance comes into our lives, there is more and more to be grateful for.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to walk through the doorway of gratitude into the life of abundance all around you.
Let’s start by adjusting your body so you can settle into a comfortable position.
And take your first deep breath in,
Immediately pulling your attention from the outside world into your beautiful, physical body.
And then release your breath all the way out.
One more deep breath in,
Grateful for the cool air coming into your lungs and expanding your stomach,
And exhaling it all out.
Now return your breathing to its normal rhythm.
PAUSE...
What is one thing you long for right now?
Hold the vision of it in your mind.
PAUSE...
Now as you breathe out, watch that vision dissolve and in its place, see all of the things you currently have, or have had in the past, that are similar to this longing.
If you crave true love, for example, envision previous relationships you’ve had.
If you want more money, think about the money you currently have.
PAUSE...
If judgements or emotions arise,
Just let those go, and simply BE with the vision.
As you look at this scene, invite yourself to think about all the blessings it has given to you.
What you’ve learned, what you’ve gained, what you do have.
And then say a silent thank you as you surround yourself with them all.
LONG PAUSE...
When we start with intentional gratitude for all the things and experiences we have in our lives already, it helps attract more of what we want.
So be here,
One with gratitude for what you already have,
And open your heart to receive more.

Come into the quiet,
That hides between your breaths.
The stillness that lives deep inside.
It’s beyond the thick forests,
Of worry and pain,
Beyond where your ego resides.

Sink into this space,
That’s open and light,
Here is where you belong.
Solid and connected,
To what really matters,
Deep gratitude for life’s lovely song.
Slow down your breath,
And let it melt you,
Deep relaxation tonight.
Slow down your mind,
And let it calm you,
It’s time to surrender to night.
PAUSE…
Feel your body move,
And hum with sweet life,
And breathe in gratitude for this gift.
Then think of the love,
That surrounds you right now,
And watch your energy shift.
LONG PAUSE…
The shelter you have,
The food that you eat,
The water that keeps you alive.
Find thanks for them all,
As gratitude sets in,
For these that help you survive.
PAUSE…
The hugs that you get,
The laughter that sings,
The smiles that just melt your heart.
Honor them now,
And don’t ever forget,
They’re blessings that can depart.
PAUSE…
If you have just one,
Sweet soul who loves you,
For the beautiful being you are.
True fortune is yours,
You know what love is,
Gratitude is felt near and far.
LONG PAUSE…
So as you drift off,
Let gratitude sink in,
Into your body real deep.
Feel the refresh,
Of feeling so blessed,
Let it lull you into sleep.

Today, we’re going to practice simply sitting in deep gratitude for all the blessings in your life.
So bring your attention to your breathing,
Letting your body relax and find comfort,
Feeling yourself melt a little bit more with every breath out.
PAUSE…
Notice your inbreath bringing in fresh air,
And your outbreath releasing anything old and stale,
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
PAUSE…
Now for the next few minutes, while the music plays, I invite you to simply sit in gratitude.
Perhaps that means thinking about things you’re grateful for.
Or maybe it means simply inviting in the feelings of appreciation for your life as a whole.
There are no rules, just the practice of being here, present with your blessings,
Present with your life,
Present with deep gratitude for it all.
LONG PAUSE…
Now bring your attention back to my voice,
And back to your breathing.
And bring your hands together in front of your heart,
Bowing to touch your forehead to your hands,
And saying silently or aloud, thank you.
May you be alive in the blessings of your life today, Beautiful.
