Aligning your mind, body, and soul is an essential step in the manifestation process.
When your energy is aligned, you are better able to tap into your intuition and trust in the universe to guide you towards your goals.
PAUSE
So center yourself and align your mind, body, and soul for manifestation.
Take a few deep breaths in and out, allowing your breath to calm your mind and relax your body.
As you breathe in, imagine inhaling positive energy and exhaling any negativity or doubt.
PAUSE…
Now, bring your attention to your body.
Feel the weight of your body on the ground or the chair, and become aware of any sensations you may be feeling.
Feel a sense of grounding and stability.
PAUSE…
Next, bring your attention to your mind.
Notice any thoughts that may be swirling around, and gently let them go.
Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment, without judgment or attachment to any particular outcome.
PAUSE…
Now connect with your soul,
As you reflect on your deepest desires and intentions.
LONG PAUSE…
You are worthy of all that you desire and that the universe is conspiring to support you in manifesting your dreams.
PAUSE…

Our physical senses are limited, but our spiritual senses are limitless, and by tuning into them, we can access a wealth of knowledge, insight, and guidance.

As you close your eyes and take a deep breath, allow yourself to release any tension, any thoughts, any worries that may be occupying your mind.

You have the power to perceive and connect with the world beyond what your physical senses can detect.

Let yourself feel the energy that surrounds you, the subtle vibrations of the universe.
Notice any sensations in your body, any tingling or warmth or coolness.
These are the signs that your spiritual senses are awakening.

Now, expand your awareness beyond your physical body, beyond this moment in time and space.

Connect with the infinite wisdom and love that permeate the universe.
Allow yourself to be open to receiving messages and insights from your higher self, your spirit guides, your angels.

Fully into your body,
And ask the universe to hold you,
To protect you and the ones you love,
As you surrender into her embrace.

Aware of the cool air on your nose as you breathe in,
And the warm air on your nose as you breathe out.
In and out,

Slowing down a little bit more with every breath.

Become aware of what’s around you.

See the objects and people in your space.
Feel the blankets touching your body.

So go ahead and take that first deep, cleansing breath in.
Filling your lungs, your belly and your entire body with new air.
Take another deep breath in,
And when you get to the top of your in breath, hold it for 3 seconds,
And then release.
Last deep breath in,
Putting all your attention on the cool air flowing throughout your body…
Holding for 3 seconds at the top,
And then breathing it all out.
Return your breathing to its normal rhythm.
And just be here for a bit.
Staying connected to that nice, easy cadence,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.

Now as you sit here, focusing your attention on your breath,
Imagine that every time you breathe in, a bright, yellow light enters your body,
And fills you with the warmth of sunshine.
Breathe it in, this yellow light.
See it entering your nose,
Filling your lungs,
And softly illuminating your face.
Relaxing your eyes, cheeks and neck with its warmth.

With every breath in,
See this golden light travel down your arms,
Into your hands,
Your belly,

And your feet.

Breathe in this glorious, golden light,
Feeling its warmth and healing energy filling you with every single breath.
Calming you.

Feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you.
Let your shoulders drop and your jaw relax with every breath you take.
Release any tension you may be holding in your body and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.

As you focus on your breath, think about what it means to have purpose and passion in your life.
What is the reason you’re on this journey?
What is lighting your way?
Take a moment to reflect on the things that make your heart sing, the activities that bring you joy, and the experiences that make you feel most alive.
LONG PAUSE…
Consider the things that you have always been drawn to, the talents that come easily to you, and the ways in which you can use those gifts to make a positive impact in the world.
As you continue to breathe deeply, envision yourself fully engaged in the things that you love.
See yourself using your gifts to make a difference in the lives of others, to bring joy to those around you, and to create a life that is rich and fulfilling.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, or lying down if that feels more comfortable for you.
Allow yourself to settle into the space around you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, letting your exhale be longer than your inhale.

What does it mean to live on purpose?
Take a moment to explore this idea within yourself.
PAUSE
For me, living on purpose means that I am aware of the life I am creating at any given moment.
That I’m taking the time to get to know myself and what I want to create,
And then stepping into, the often scary or inconvenient, actions that will take me there.
PAUSE
I visualize a small river moving its waters downstream,
While I divert from its path,
And create my own flow.
No matter what anyone else things,
No matter what the rules have been.
It’s me,
Consciously creating my own path,
Putting together each puzzle piece of my life purposefully.
PAUSE
What do you feel when you think about living your life on purpose?
Take some time and just be with this question.

How can you live your life on purpose?
What can you do today that will help you consciously create a life you love?

Through the sacred process of introspection, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, of what truly nourishes and enlivens our soul.

We can get so busy that we forget to check in with ourselves and see if we are living in alignment with our values and passions.
But when we take the time to reflect and connect with our purpose, it can be transformative, as it allows us to gain clarity on what we truly want in life and what our unique gifts and talents are.
PAUSE
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let go of any tension in your body, and allow yourself to relax fully.
PAUSE…
Now, bring your attention to your breath.
As you inhale, feel your chest and belly expand, and as you exhale, feel them contract.
Simply observe the rhythm of your breath, without trying to change it in any way.
PAUSE…
Now, ask yourself the question, "What is my purpose?"
Let the question settle within you, without the need to answer it immediately.
Allow yourself to be open to any messages or insights that come to you.
LONG PAUSE…
Imagine yourself standing in front of a door.
This door represents the path towards your purpose.
Take a moment to visualize the door, noticing its color, texture, and any details that stand out to you.
PAUSE…
When you are ready, open the door and step inside.
As you enter, notice the space around you.
What do you see, hear, and feel?
Allow your senses to guide you and take in everything that surrounds you.
PAUSE…
As you explore this space, be curious and open to the possibilities.
Imagine yourself walking towards a table where a book lies.
This book contains all the answers to your questions about your purpose.
Open the book, and as you read, allow the words to sink in and resonate with you.
PAUSE…
As you continue to read, you may notice insights and realizations emerging.
Allow yourself to be present with these insights, and let them guide you.
PAUSE…
When you are ready, close the book and take a deep breath.
Expressing gratitude for the insights you have received, and for the journey you’re on.

So relax into a comfortable position,
Inviting your body to settle into a space where you can be calm and alert.
If you haven’t already, close your eyes,
And notice that as you do, your other senses become heightened.
You’re more aware of the sounds around you,
The cadence of your breath,
The sensation of your body against the floor or chair or bed that’s supporting it.
Just breathe...
PAUSE…
Invite your body to slow down,
Your breathing to elongate its rhythm,
Your shoulders to relax,
And eyes to get heavy.
PAUSE…
Be here now.
Surrendering to the power of your body to bring you to the present moment.
Letting go of the thoughts and emotions that want to distract you.
And just breathe...
PAUSE...
They’ve told you that only perfection deserves the best.
That your hair or your legs or your loudness disqualifies you from your dreams.
Those dreams that the little girl inside of you is always creating.
Those dreams of soul connecting love.
Those dreams of total body freedom.
Those dreams of sharing your gifts,
Fulfilling wealth, health and inner joy.
PAUSE...
They’ve told you that because you have scars from your past,
Or you don’t fit a certain mold,
That these dreams cannot be yours.
Or worse - that they have limits.
They’ve given you scripts to follow,
So you can stay safe in the story they’ve created for you.
Tamed.
Dimmed.
They’ve told you that you are not worthy.
PAUSE…
But, my love, they do not know YOU.
They do not know your worthiness is as unwavering and as true as the sun that rises every morning.
They do not know that your scars create a playful pattern of beauty that you wear proudly.
They do not know that you are limitless,
That you’ve written your own script.
That you will expand and shamelessly reach for the dreams that little girl creates because you can,
Because you are meant to be here.
Just the way you are.
You are worthy.
PAUSE…
You are worthy of showing up in this life,
Of being seen, being heard and being respected.
You are worthy of great love, incredible friendships and financial abundance.
You are worthy of being a part of the conversation,
Worthy of creating the conversation.

Today, we are going to embark on a journey to soothe your inner world, to find the peace that resides within you, and to let it emanate outwards.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath, allowing your belly to expand, and exhale slowly, feeling your body relax.

As you sit here, notice any thoughts that come up.
Acknowledge them, but don't engage with them.
Allow them to float by like clouds in the sky.

Now, bring your attention to your body.
Notice any areas of tension, any places where you're tight or uncomfortable.
Send your breath to these areas, and feel them soften and release.

Imagine a soft, glowing energy surrounding your body, cocooning you in safety and comfort.
Imagine this energy slowly expanding, radiating outwards until it fills the entire room, and beyond.
