I had such a wonderful and information-filled chat with Sarah McVanel last week that we decided to turn it into a 2-part series.  In case you missed last week, here’s the link to Part I It’s not mandatory that you listen to it first, but I recommend that you do.  There’s so much amazing content, it would be a shame for you to miss out on any of it. Creating a work environment where people feel appreciated and can connect with their leadership is of the utmost importance at this time.  When so many people have been fighting through the pressures of the pandemic and working through really tough circumstances, we must make sure they know their efforts are valued and recognized. On this episode of Authentic Living with Roxanne we welcome back Canada’s Recognition Expert, Sarah McVanel to share her thoughts about how you can ensure your team is getting what they need to feel the gratitude that they so richly deserve. Sarah is a Certified Senior Organizational Development Professional (CSODP), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). She is one of 1500 Certified Professional Speakers (CSP) worldwide and Past-President of the Toronto Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS). She has a BA in Psychology, MSc in Family Relations, and Diplomas in Human Resources and Healthcare Administration.  She helps individuals leverage the exponential power of recognition to retain top talent, fuel healthy teams and sustain healthy bottom lines.
