Try these exercises along with Jennifer. Follow along at your own comfortable pace—perfection isn’t the goal; getting ready to share your message is:- Diaphragmatic breathing: Relax your jaw, breathe in for four counts, and breathe out for six. Repeat three times.- Lip trills: Gently blow air through relaxed lips, allowing them to vibrate. Try five in a row.- Tongue trills: Practice a gentle rolling sound with your tongue, keeping the movement easy and relaxed.- Tongue stretches: Gently stretch and move your tongue as part of your articulation warm-up.- Vowel practice: Slowly say “A, E, I, O, U,” exaggerating your mouth movements.- “Red leather, yellow leather”: Repeat five times, focusing on clarity rather than speed.- “Unique New York”: Repeat five times, giving each word its full expression.Save this episode and return to it before your next recording or speaking opportunity.
