And has wholesaler home and abroad In 2013. She founded the Estel Flawless Glow, a plant-based skincare brand that is formulated to solve some of our skin issues and give that youthful forever glow to African women home and abroad. She also has an online plant-based Skincare school where she teaches people who want to go into plant-based skincare products and production plus does wholesale and rebranding for interested customers In 2016, Esther Odey was awarded "50 Young Leaders to Watch" by Cross River State Government in celebration of her Golden Jubilee and the Spirit of Entreprise award in 2019 for her resilience and impact in the State.
