It's not you work 40 plus hours a week or you stay at home. It's not this or that or forever and always. It's really looking at what's feasible in this season, what feels right in this season. And I have passed this book along to so many humans in my life who are finding themselves in that black and white and really looking for the gray. This is not just for folks who want to be a stay -at -home parent and leave the workforce or have been a stay -at -home parent and want to re -enter the workforce.
