Doctor Nelson is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York's in the House for University and Stony Brook University School of Medicine. She completed a pediatric residency at Jacoby Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where special emphasis was placed on primary care. Dr. Herbert and Dr. Nelson discuss their roles in healthcare and their upcoming collaboration in the Gambia Collaborative Project. Dr. Nelson shares her experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and her excitement about volunteering in Gambia, where she hopes to learn about natural medicine and share her expertise in pediatric care.
