In this episode, we explore what it truly means to pause: to rest, breathe, and remember that caring for yourself is not selfish, it’s survival.
Karina Muller, Founder & CEO of Maripossa Wellness, shares her journey from global corporate life to building spaces that help others heal, reset, and lead from wholeness.
We talk about the quiet weight many Latinas carry, the guilt of slowing down, the pressure to be everything for everyone and how to reclaim peace through small, consistent acts of self-care.
💬 The Latina expectation of self-sacrifice and how to unlearn it
💬 Simple tools for restoring your energy, in five, ten, or fifteen minutes
💬 The courage to ask for help and scale your purpose with heart
💬 Why collaboration, not competition, is how our community truly grows
Whether you’re leading a team, raising a family, or just trying to catch your breath, this conversation will remind you: rest is not weakness, it’s how we rise.
Empowerment begins with a conversation.
