Growing up in a Latinx environment, he was exposed to a brew of Spanish and American theatre, film, and television. His dual passions for the human condition and his native tongue fueled his desire to pursue an acting career. He draws inspiration from the song and dance of his ancestors and the ever-changing world around him; particularly the LGBTQ+ community, which is showcased in his artwork. As a child, Victor moved all around Chicago and its outlying suburbs, exposing him to a multitude of cultures. In his late teens to early 20’s, he dabbled in commercials and small independent film roles. After multiple successful art shows and booking a speaking role on the television show Chicago PD, Victor was pushed to pursue his art as a career.
