Women on Stage | Founder | Immigrant Stories | Sponsoring Women | Empowerement | Success Story | Eylem Demir Sentürk is the founder and CEO of 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲, and her goal is to increase the number of female leaders within the Pharma & Life Science Industry. As a mother with 23 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry at global companies, she knows exactly which challenges women face.To overcome these challenges, she designed the «𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻» program, which increases the visibility of the female talents in business and grants them access to the next level positions with the help of powerful leaders. At the age of 12, I immigrated to Switzerland and started a life from zero. I faced discrimination at school and later bullying at work.
