On "Immigration with Tahmina Watson" on Desi1250AM on 11.10.15, we discussed the following news updates: DAPA/DACA injunction appeal; NY Times article discussed H1bs but really demonstrated why a Startup Visa is necessary and a GlobeandMail article from Canada that highlighted an entrepreneur who went to Canada instead of the US because the immigration system is so difficult. We also had a wonderful guest- Bellevue, WA's newest elected City Councilwoman Dr. Vandana Slatter. She discussed her immigrant background, her career and how her journey brought us to present day.
