Are you the capable one, the one people come to for help? Great at giving assistance but not so good at receiving it? Some times you need someone else to tell you - you NEED help! Kate explains how she learnt the hard way that nobody can juggle it all and receiving help could be one of the kindest things you do for yourself. This week Kate gives you some much-needed advice on asking for help, sharing the weight of day-to-day tasks and delegating as a means of self-care. As mothers, the roles that we take on often go far beyond the call of duty, however as Kate explains it's ok to admit what you can't do and work out means to bring some help into your life - every woman deserves to share the load.
