Building confidence from within, discovering our values and shifting from "should" to could". Joining Kate on this episode of the Ambitious Mum is Phanella Fine, who was previously a lawyer, a banker and is now a psychotherapist, executive coach and author. Phanella found herself in a few careers (after succumbing to family and community pressure to choose the 'right' career) before transitioning to coaching and personal development - after feeling unfulfilled with her career when she became a mother the work she was taking on as a lawyer. Hear how Phanella recognised that confidence was one of the biggest blocks for the people she deemed 'successful' in her corporate career and how she now uses hypnotherapy in her work to help her clients to move past their confidence issues to become more aligned with their happiness. Kate and Phanella also chat about:  ➤ How she was attracted to the human side of business  ➤ Retraining to become a coach  ➤ The importance of recognising and acknowledging our values  ➤ Self-criticism and how to be ok with ourselves  ➤ Choosing our words carefully and moving to a more flexible and resilient mindset  ➤ Letting go of the shoulds and could  ➤ Surrender or mental flexibility leads to contentment  ➤ What confidence means to you and how to relax your body  ➤ The power of using hypnosis to help improve our confidence, social anxiety and   stress  ➤ Resetting our old beliefs and removing blocks to help us move forwards   Connect with Phanella and find her free resources via her website Instagram Twitter Website To buy tickets to Kate's kids' anxiety workshop on the 20th July, click here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/how-to-help-our-kids-with-anxiety-holistic-and-lifestyle-tips-for-parents-tickets-161379846465 Kate Moryoussef is a Wellbeing/EFT coach and mum to four children, also newly diagnosed with ADHD (an explanation and NOT a label she's keen to point out!) who is passionate about helping women rediscover their inner voice, tap into their expansive potential, fulfil their desires and realise themselves outside of the overwhelm, inner pressure and family dynamic.     If you’d like to contact Kate either about the podcast or her EFT coaching work, you can follow the links below or use the hashtag #theambitiousmumpodcast to join the conversation. https://www.coachingbykate.me.uk katemoryoussef@gmail.com Twitter: @KateMory Instagram: @coaching_by_kate_ Facebook: Coaching by Kate UK  #theambitiousmumpodcast
