Each color has positive and negative energy associated with it in addition to a connection to the chakras. (5:00)Mara shares that when she does readings, one of the four colors she sees for a person is always their favorite color. When you know your colors, you have the ability to work with them.  For example, if one of your colors is green, you might want to wear it to a job interview.
