We have followed Dr. Luiyi Kathy Zhang on Instagram for quite some time. Her podcast, The Purpose Filter, is one that we try to listen to when life does not get in the way. Her podcast covers health, relationships, mindset, and the meaning of happiness. As a life coach, she teaches her clients how to apply the lessons of dying before it is too late so that they can create a life they genuinely love. Dr. Zhang is a hospice and palliative care physician. She has a front-row seat to the end of life and all of the regrets that come with it. Earlier this month, a specific post on Instagram caught our attention. She was recently diagnosed with ADHD as a woman in her 30s. She made it through Med School and Residency without knowing this about herself. Something that we could relate to as well.
