Joy graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She also earned her Nonprofit Finance Certification from Rice University in Houston, TX. Joy is a seasoned professional with a strong strategy orientation and has worn many operating hats before starting her firm, Joy of Consulting.
