Attorney General Letitia James calls it what it is: unconstitutional bullying. Judge Blocks Trump’s Attempt to Defund Planned Parenthood In a major reproductive justice win, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani, rules the Trump administration cannot cut Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood.
